During the manufacturing of hollow fiber membrane, to ensure the precision and quality of hollow fiber, it is necessary to maintain accurate and stable transportation of materials. Gear metering pump features precise volume metering and stable low pulsation conveying functions, which allows it to be used for guaranteeing the quality of hollow fiber membrane and increasing the pressure of spinning pump so as to ensure efficient operation. Therefore, Trustech specially configures this metering gear pump to customers for improving product quality and production efficiency and thus reducing cost.

Metering gear pump can be used in the production process of almost all polymers, applicable to TIPS (thermally induced phase separation), NIPS (nonsolvent induce phase separation), melt, spinning and cold stretching methods (MSCS) and other production processes. Hemodialysis / Kidney Dialysis

The hemodialysis membrane is a core functional material for hemodialysis, with the hollow fiber membrane spinhead that is produced in the hemodialysis membrane acting as a key component of the entire production link. The hollow fiber membrane needed in hemodialysis features a high requirement for the surface roughness, accuracy and consistency of the multi-head.
